What are the side effects of drinking baking soda and water?
There are several formulas you can consider if you want to alkalize your body with baking soda. Each one is specifically designed for different uses depending on the body's need.
- Formula for extreme heartburn and digestive acid problems
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda plus 1/2 glass of water taken after each meal assuming three meals a day. So, this means that you would take it twice a day. This will help digestion and stop constipation.
- Formula to alkalize the blood
For this formula you will need 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda added to just 1/2 glass of water. This is taken once in the morning and once before bedtime.
- Apple cider vinegar and baking soda
Two tablespoons of vinegar plus 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda. Take these two to three times a day on an empty stomach. It's supposed to give you more energy. The pH of this formula is approximately 7.
- Baking soda and lemon
This simple formula will normalize many biological parameters, pH phosphates, ORP (Oxidation Reduction Potential), bicarbonates and vitamin C antioxidants.
A potential water miracle. One whole freshly squeezed lemon. Keep adding the baking soda little by little until the bubbling stops. Then water is added to half a glass. This is often taken twice a day.
