This loss in value for mexallon continues to be what has affected ore costs the most as you will see later on in this movie. This price fall is chiefly credited to how much mexallon is offered in the high sec ores with retrievers mining out whole asteroid belts and clusters in mass. The supply has out weighed the demand from the past week, inducing mexallon to EVE Echoes ISK become the same cost as pyerite, which should not be the situation. Retrievers have been the reason for all these minerals and ores to eliminate significance as supply has been able to and surpass demand in almost all cases.

Isogen has suffered the same destiny as mexallon, being able to be mined in ores containing it in mass by retrievers in large sec systems. It hasn't dropped as considerably in price as mexallon but it was sitting at 160 ISK just last week and has now dropped to around 115 ISK.Noxcium still is not sure about where it needs to pay in price, as it was falling back down to 1900 ISK but has come back up in price over the last few days. The same goes for Zydrine which dropped down to 1700 ISK before coming back up to where it had been at a week ago. Keep a very careful eye on these two mineral prices since they are still on the move and not trending in any one direction now. Megacyte and Morphite both dropped in price as well.

These minerals are the most volatile of all due to having restricted applications currently until the high tiers unlock. Both of these minerals are a secure investment now as an alternate to PLEX since they will be certain to go up in value as soon as they are used for much more ships once T8 and T9 unlock respectively. Morphite can only be located in Mercoxit that's only available in -0.8 safety systems.
