Poor heat transfer. Unless a bonded aluminum or copper base is used, the temperature conductivity can be extremely poor. What this means cheaper stainless might not be superior some other products on the internet.Like all barbecue lovers, I too relish barbecued chicken but I'm rather skeptical about trying anything other than my elaborate Charcoal Bbq.
