Gluco Shield Pro Meals require some assembly or cooking, which can be done very quickly and easily. I've sampled one of the meals and found it to be wonderful - impeccably fresh, vibrant, and flavorful. It was one of the best meals I've ever made - comparable to something I'd get at a nice restaurant. It took me about 15 minutes to prepare and didn't require any special skills on my part....
