First off, the ships: What if I prioritize updating? So once you want to do a more Seafaring voyage by way of instance, it's a lot more helpful to have two Seafaring boosting deck items than only the bonus the hull provides. Some folks will assert the rudder is much better because it is going to save you time letting you do much more voyages/day, I can't argue against it but I have always done vents in a much more relaxed compared to efficient way so I always get rudder past.

Afterward, the vents themselves: What's well worth upgrading? I've noticed most of the upgrades are reasonably costly. I have been trying to update my office to unlock a 3rd ship, but it is so horribly slow to collect bamboo. Well ideally you should prioritize the updates that unlock new ships for obvious reasons, so you're doing that right. I believe all upgrades are worth getting (except in the cases you have more than only one, you can unlock them but you can only have one active at the same time so select wisely).

About the team I essentially have 4'bureaucrat' (well the ideal is receiving the very best ones available to you at the moment, I can't remember the names of any others therefore why I used bureaucrat - basically the crew member that fosters the stats of other crew members) crew members; And 4 Morale, 5 Seafaring and 4 Combat team members; 3 Merchants; 4 particular team members (those that get unlocked through special voyages like the Feral Chimera)

This team installment has always worked well for me, but there is probably better setups. I will probably eliminate the Merchants soon and get more special team members or something, because honestly I very rarely use Merchants. I used them just when I had been collecting trade goods to buy RS gold make the armours. I've 1 Morale, two Seafaring and 2 Combat Captains of the highest tier readily available to me in the present time. (actually I believe I unlocked a new tier lately but have not found any of those newest Capts yet)
