I believe it's about OSRS GP time I get the hang of that ability. At the moment, I'm 63 in that skill. But the one encounter I have with this ability (I mean doing this, not the true exp for a higher level), is from approximately 5 times going solo. I have like maybe a couple of hundred tokens and because of this I can't enjoy any rewards from dungeoneering (I actually need a bonecrusher to get hunter/combat coaching ).

How I got my exp from the skill is by tears of guthix, jack of transactions, penguin points, and lamps from sof and quests. I kinda cheated my way through the skill and now I'm a dungeoneering noob at level 63. So, please enlighten me in the ways of Dungeoneering. How do I get tokens fast, what would be the best practises (and (un)written principles ) of playing in a team and finally what is this prestige thing?

BTW, you have a typo in the top... Dugneon lawl. Prestige is something you do once you finish all of your floors. Let's say I did Floor 1 with Prestige 1. Prestige 1 way I finished 1 flooring then pressed on the prestige button. So, I'll get alright XP. But let's say I was on Floor 31 and I had Prestige 1: I'd get lower XP. Prestige, in addition to Floor, are the base XP rates for your dungeon you finish (subsequently, level-mod, deaths, etc.. kick in). So, if you complete 30 flooring, you press prestige, after which you do flooring 31. You're xp should be around 100%, because of the average between buy School RuneScape Gold your stature and your flooring. So, that is prestige.
