How Does Qatar Airways Handle Cancellations?

If a flight is cancelled before it departs, the airline will notify you by providing contact information for additional arrangements. Also, confirm your travel plans at least 24 hours before to departure.

There are two causes for the Qatar Airways Flight Cancellation of the event. The first is from your side, and the second is from the airline's side, for whatever reason.

• You have 24 hours before your flight's departure to cancel your reservation without penalty.
• You can get a refund if your flight is cancelled or delayed for more than 3 hours.
