The paddle flow switch instruments are made and model in a design in high technology or skills equipment. Their main work is to check different types of liquids in the pipeline. Most of the industries in Kenya use these types of instruments to reduce the excess use of liquid industrial fluids. For the last long of such switches, different principles must be followed. The following are the working principles of paddle flow switches.

It always that the flow switch will use the power of liquid flow to help it in driving the paddle. This makes it easy to know the correct direction of movement of the fluids in a given pipeline. You should also know that when liquid is not in the pipeline, the paddle flow switch springs will enlarge and press the force of attraction downward.

Always a paddle will have to float on top of the given liquid. But once the given liquid starts moving, the paddle is scratched, and there will be an effect in the machine called a micro switch. To make this machine safe, a flexible metal is always placed below it to separate it from the given liquid.
When the liquid flow continues, the paddle flow switch must rise to a given angle of between 20l-30l. When this angle is not maintained, the attraction force will be destroyed, and finally, the circuit will be destroyed.

The primary way of installing paddle flow switch instruments

Ensure that the required angle is maintained to avoid the distraction of the circuit. Always separate the pipe at the same size as that of the pipe size.
Always your paddle should be in parallel to that of the pipe face.
When installing a tee pipeline, always ensure the tape seal to the screw and is appropriately closed.

The following are the law or cautions that guide the paddle flow switch.

The essential thing here is to choke the temperature. The temperature should not be more than the normal one. Any change in temperature will affect the set point.
Ensure electric and mounting are free from moisture for the excellent working of the paddle flow switch.
