Not really qualified to answer this, but this seems like it is going to buy Animal Crossing Bells age quite well. Over the years ink spreads and flares somewhat below the skin, so the shading and linework being primarily well-spaced points gives me confidence that this can age nicely. Skin care and UV protection are ALWAYS crucial to ink aging nicely, whatever the actual tattoo is.
