In general, women's favorite search term in 2018 was "lesbian," and men's was "japanese."

As far as other porn searches that defined 2021, ztq.io said "romantic," "trans," and "tattoos"—"tattooed women" in particular—were all significant terms. Unfortunately, so was "Bowsette," the viral Nintendo gender-bending version Bowser with a sexy choker.
