1. Avocado in face mask

a) Make it with the basic ingredients- honey and avocado

This mask will serves the best for dry skin. It also adds on the extra nourishing and healthy glow due to avocado’s nutrient rich profile.

Simply mash up the avocado until it is smooth and lump-free, then stir in the honey. Massage the mask onto your face for few minutes. Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse it off with warm water and pat your face dry.

· ½ avocado, peeled and pitted

· ½ tablespoon honey

b) With the emollients and fatty ingredients

Mash the avocados until there are no lumps in it. Stir the plain yogurt and honey and for extra moisture add some olive oil. Apply the mask over your face and wait for 15 minutes and then rinse it off with warm water. Don’t rub your face against the towel, gently pat your face dry.

· ½ avocado, peeled and pitted

· 1 tablespoon plain yogurt

· ½ tablespoon olive oil

· ½ to 1 tablespoon honey

c) Treat with protein and vitamin C

Mash up the avocado till it gets smooth and free of lumps. Mix egg whites and lemon juice with avocado. Apply the mask over your face, avoiding the eye area. Wait 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse it off with warm water and pat your face dry.

· ½ avocado, peeled and pitted

· 1 egg white

· 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon lemon juice

d) Fight acne with avocado, honey and cinnamon

Make a smooth paste of avocado and mix it with honey and cinnamon. Spread the mask over your face. Just wait for 10 minutes, then rinse it off with warm water. Pat your face dry with a soft, clean towel.

· ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
