Store or palletize

To store or palletize the best thing is to resort to the classic cardboard boxes for bottles with 4 flaps.

Cardboard Box for 6 Horizontal Wine Bottles in White - Extra strong Single Cardboard (180 gr)

4mm thick gift box and heavyweight paper (180 gr). This model includes a separator on its flaps. The bottles are horizontally separated by the flaps and an intermediate plate. Recommended for palletizing or storage. It is important to take into account how many boxes you want to stack to evaluate the resistance.

Double Channel Palletizing or Storage Boxes

We have models for both 6 and 12 bottles in double channel, with a thickness of 8mm. The bottles go upright. It offers greater resistance to palletize, store and even ship.

So that the bottles do not collide with each other, you can also add a beehive. It is safer to avoid breakage!

Boxes for Extra Strong Single Channel Beer Bottles (180gr)

Simple 4mm thick boxes with extra heavy weight that provides greater resistance to the box. For this reason it has higher quality-price.

Single tube boxes for oil jugs and bottles

Inexpensive single channel boxes with capacity for 3 or 4 5L carafes. Ideal to group them and facilitate their handling.

For bottle shipments we recommend a special double channel model with extra protectors. It is a set of double box with individual protectors, also double. They have tabs that create air chambers preventing the bottles from colliding with each other or with the box.

Recycle cardboard boxes

Recycling cardboard boxes is a more environmentally beneficial action than we imagine. For every ton of recycled cardboard or paper, 2 cubic meters are saved in landfills, 140 liters of oil, 50000 liters of water and the emission of 900 kilos of CO2 into the atmosphere improving or reducing climate change.

In addition, paper and cardboard occupy 25% of household waste being the easiest materials to recycle and can be renewed up to 7 times its recycling maintaining, practically, the same quality and resistance as that made from wood pulp.
