In the interview, Lambert stated that The Elder Scrolls world is conceptually exploring the mystery of the Dwemer and plans to delve further into the mysterious backstory. But, he said, Bethesda director and executive producer Howard reminded the team that this was not something he wanted to explore in multiplayer.
