What is Maca?

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 or 2 teaspoons Maca
  • 2 tablespoons raw cocoa powder
  • 2 cups of coconut milk with all the fat contained in a can (the fat is optional; it can also be taken with almond or rice milk).
  • 1 tablespoon raw organic honey or 1/4 teaspoon stevia extract powder

Instructions:

  1. Put everything in a blender until well mixed.
